Bus tickets online
Tickets bought on the website are valid travel documents, which give the right to ride the bus you selected. There are tickets of 2 types: electronic tickets and vouchers.
Electronic ticket
This travel document is not required to be exchanged at ticket office. You can go directly to your bus with this ticket.
Voucher
This is a complete travel document to be exchanged by each passenger, with a document confirming identity, free of charge at the box office bus departure point, at any time, but no later than 5 minutes before the departure of the bus schedule.
Payments

Rules for boarding trains/buses with 21.10.2021
According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, from 10/21/2021 passengers over 18 years old when boarding a train, bus or plane must present one of the following documents: negative PCR test (done no earlier than 72 hours before the trip) negative rapid antigen test (done no earlier than 72 hours before travel) a document confirming the receipt of a full course of vaccination; a document confirming the receipt of one dose of a pre-dose vaccine; an international, domestic or foreign certificate confirming vaccination against COVID-19 with one dose of a single dose vaccine (yellow certificates) or one dose of a single dose vaccine or two doses of a single dose vaccine (green certificates) a document on recovery, the action of which is confirmed using the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services, in particular, using the mobile application of the Portal Diya (Diya).
